Mentors & Business Coaches International (MBCI) – MBCI is a global team of 50+ accredited, experienced mentors, life coaches and business coaches. We are passionate about working with individuals and teams to identify goals, strategize and implement plans. As a leadership coach and an organizational development consultant, I work in coordination with the MBCI team in the areas of social entrepreneurship, non-profit sustainability and project management and evaluation. My passion is working with entrepreneurs and leaders to help them discover and and embrace their purpose. Another key area of focus is international non-profit work, evaluating the practical and spiritual impact of organizations and how they might increase their influence and sustainability.
